If you receive a candle that is broken upon arrival, we ask that you report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, we will fully refund your purchase, including the shipping costs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you enjoy your CandleBox experience.
However, it is important to note that if the burning instructions included with your candle are not followed, and this leads to damage during use, we will not be able to issue a refund. We encourage all customers to carefully read and adhere to the provided instructions to ensure the best experience with our products.
For orders placed through Instagram, please be aware that deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the product has been damaged during shipping. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
